Return and Exchange

STEP-1

Email us at support@apnyapparel.com to raise your return request. Please mention your reason for return and your NAME and/or ORDER #. We will send you a return label.

STEP-2

Pack the product back in the box. Place the return label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton. You may drop off your return at any of UPS or FedEx locations, as per mentioned on return label.

STEP-3

Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.

STEP-4

Please allow 7-10 business days after your return is received and approved to receive your refund.

Email us at support@apnyapparel.com, within 7 days of the delivery of the product to raise an exchange request. . Please mention your NAME and/or ORDER # and the different size you want in the email.

Pack the product back in the box. Place the exchange label outside the carton and be sure to remove all other labels on the carton. You may drop off your parcel at any of UPS or FedEx locations, as per mentioned on return label.

STEP-3

Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.

STEP-4

We’ll dispatch your desired product as per mentioned in your email.

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies to online purchases made through www.apnyapparel.com. Please do not return items purchased through www.apnyapparel.com to any independent specialty retailer or any independent website selling APNY apparel products. No returns will be accepted without a receipt from APNY apparel. In addition, please do not return item(s) bought at an independent specialty retailer or independent website to www.apnyapparel.com. These returns must be returned to the original store or website where purchased.

If you are not happy with your online APNY apparel purchase through www.apnyapparel.com for any reason we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that are in its original condition, unworn and unwashed within 30 days of the original purchase.

Please mention in your email the reason for the return. And your NAME and/or ORDER # in order for us to process the return/exchange. Place return label on box and pack item(s) securely. Attach the enclosed UPS/FedEx label to your return and drop off at any UPS/FedEx store. For exchanges please note on your email what you would like in exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.

The purchase price of the merchandise, less the original shipping cost, will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will deduct a return postage fee of $7.95 when our UPS/FedEx label is used. We will waive the postage fee for one exchange transaction only. Credit card refunds will appear on your credit card statement within two billing cycles.

Please do not send the package C.O.D. as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. If you prefer to pay your own return shipping please use a shipping arrangement that allows you to trace and insure the return.
