RETURN PROCESS
Return Policy
- We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased only through the APNY online store www.apnyapparel.com
- We accept the return within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The return item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the APNY tag.
- Please include the packing slip inside the package when you will return your product.
- Final Sale: Sale items marked at 50% off or more are considered Final Sale. Those products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund, after we receive your return product.
Return Procedure
- Please go to our Return Portal to process your return. CLICK HERE for Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and Email or Phone number to find your order.
- Click on to the Find your order.
- Select the product you want to return.
- Select the return option.
- The return request will be reviewed and approved within 2 - 4 business days.
- You will receive the return label through an email and need to be printed.
- Please make sure to include the packing slip inside the box.
- Once you will attach the return label outside the box you can drop-off your package to the nearest UPS or USPS store(according to your return label).
- A return shipping label cost $9.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchange Procedure
- You can place an another order for the correct size or style.
- Please process the return request for your original order. According to the above return procedure.
- We will process the refund for your return order once we receive the product.
